If you are not thoroughly satisfied, you must notify us within 3 business days after receipt of your material and after
contacting us, you may return your order in the same condition it was shipped within 15 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund.
All returns must be received in the same condition as were shipped
There are no restocking fees.
No merchandise will be accepted if it has been altered in any
way such as: cut, turned, surfaced, stained, or damaged.
Custom orders that are milled to customer specifications such items ripped to certain sizes are non-refundable.
Please notify us within 3 business days if items are damaged during transit.
We will exchange, credit, or refund damaged material and
file a damage claim with the carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged
during shipment or you received the wrong product.
