RETURN POLICY

CR Muterspaw Lumber offers a 100% guarantee on our products, and it is our goal to become your lifetime supplier. If you are not thoroughly satisfied, you must notify us within 3-5 business days after receipt of your material. After contacting us, you may return your order within 15 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund. All returns must be received in the same condition it was shipped. No merchandise will be accepted if it has been altered in any way, including but not limited to cut, turned, surfaced, planed, sanded, or stained. We do not charge restocking fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged during shipment or you received the wrong product.

Custom Orders
Custom orders that are milled to customer specifications, such as S4S stock and hardwood flooring, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Please notify us within 3-5 business days if items are damaged during transit. We will exchange, credit, or refund damaged material and file a damage claim with the carrier. Make sure you note “damaged” on the shipping BOL from the shipping carrier if the shipping carrier damages lumber during the shipping process.
